Privacy notice

We collect the account details you provide, including your name, email address, and profile image. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information you approve. We never receive your Google password.

We store the projects, tasks, notes, preferences, and focus records you create in tidystation. We also process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session data, device information, IP address, and error logs.

If you connect Google Calendar, tidystation reads your calendar list and event details, including titles, dates and times, availability, attendance status, locations, and meeting links. We store the imported calendar and event data needed to show commitments in your plan. We also store an encrypted authorization token so the connection can stay synchronized.

Stripe processes payment details. tidystation receives billing status, subscription details, and transaction identifiers, but does not store complete card numbers.

We use your data to provide tidystation, authenticate your account, keep your workspace synchronized, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot faults, and communicate about the service.

Connected Google Calendar data is used only to show read-only calendar commitments alongside your tasks and to calculate the time already occupied in your plan. tidystation does not create, change, or delete events in Google Calendar.

We do not sell personal data, use Google user data for advertising, or use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

tidystation uses Clerk for authentication, Convex for application data, Stripe for billing, Vercel for hosting, and Google when you choose Google sign-in or connect Google Calendar. These providers process data under their own security and privacy terms as needed to deliver the service.

tidystation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for the limited period needed for backups, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Billing records may be retained where tax or accounting rules require it.

You can disconnect Google Calendar from Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting removes the stored Google authorization token and the imported calendars and events associated with that connection. You can also revoke tidystation's access from your Google Account settings.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Some requests may be limited where the law requires us to keep a record.

Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use contractual and technical safeguards for those transfers.

We may update this notice when tidystation or its legal obligations change. The date below shows the latest revision.
