Terms of service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use tidystation lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use tidystation to violate another person's rights.

You retain ownership of the projects, tasks, notes, and other content you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to operate the service.

You may connect third-party services such as Google Calendar. Their terms and privacy policies also apply, and you can disconnect them from tidystation at any time.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the price and billing period shown when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled.

We work to keep tidystation reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or change. We may suspend access needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, tidystation is provided without warranties, and WE DO DESIGN AND PRODUCTION LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from its use.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
